Everyone seems to be talking about our nationwide substance abuse problem. Boothbay Harbor Police Chief Bob Hasch, the Lincoln County Sheriff, and State Senator Chris Johnson stepped up and organized the Lincoln County Recovery Collaborative including LincolnHealth, the Y and others.
