Only 1 Week Left to Meet our Spring 2021 Challenge Grant

May 18, 2021

The deadline for meeting our $20,000 matching grant is Monday, May 24, 2021. We have raised $18,750 to-date. So we still need $1,250 to meet the $20,000 challenge. An anonymous donor has given a matching grant of up to $20,000. That means that they will match all donations up to a total of $20,000. The challenging part is that they have given us only 6 weeks to meet that match or we won’t achieve the potential total of $40,000. And we could really use that cashflow RIGHT NOW!

Since we launched our Spring fundraising campaign, we’ve received 78 donations totaling $18,750. We’ve recently sent out our Spring fundraising mailing, so hopefully you’ll have everything you need to make your donation, knowing now that whatever you can give will be doubled!

We have raised 18,750 of 20,000

If you haven’t received a letter from us, please donate in any of these ways:

As a community we can:

1. Take local control of our primary health service.

2. Establish a patient-driven primary care practice model

3. Increase access and use primary health care services appropriately.

4. Make both individual and community-wide choices that will result in improved health status.

1. Get a higher percentage of the population into an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider.

2. Reduce perhaps by half the number of unnecessary Emergency Department and Urgent Care visits.

3. Achieve a demonstrable improvement in the health status of the community.
