We believe that everyone is innately mentally healthy. When life circumstances, or chemical imbalances cause anxiety, stress, depression, mania, or panic, all is not lost. You are inherently capable of regaining your inner peace, your love of life, and your ability to weather adversity.
All that’s required is an understanding of how the human mind works to create the feelings we have at every moment. Our feelings come from our thoughts. You can’t have a feeling without first having a thought. Each of us has at least 50 thoughts every minute. Each thought creates a feeling. If it’s a bad feeling, and you dwell on it, you find yourself at the mercy of that feeling and those thoughts. If, instead, you understand that every thought creates a feeling, and you don’t like how you’re feeling, you can let the thought(s) go, and let new fresh thoughts come into your mind.
