How to Get a COVID-19 Vaccine

In the Boothbay area, LincolnHealth will be providing vaccinations for seniors in Phase 1B (Seniors 70 and over and those with chronic conditions). To register, please call THIS number: 877-780-7545 between 8 and 4:30 Monday thru Friday. Please be patient. Be prepared to provide your name/address, phone number and age/date of birth. You’ll need to tell them what county and town you live in and where you would like to be vaccinated. We know that LincolnHealth will be providing vaccinations locally at the YMCA Field House in Boothbay Harbor.

If you are under the age of 70, but want to sign up to receive your vaccination as soon as it is available locally, Nathan’s Pharmacy has a waiting list and will be administering vaccines for those under age 70. You can call Nathan’s at (207) 315-2280 to sign up.

As a community we can:

1. Take local control of our primary health service.

2. Establish a patient-driven primary care practice model

3. Increase access and use primary health care services appropriately.

4. Make both individual and community-wide choices that will result in improved health status.

1. Get a higher percentage of the population into an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider.

2. Reduce perhaps by half the number of unnecessary Emergency Department and Urgent Care visits.

3. Achieve a demonstrable improvement in the health status of the community.
