Great news ! We received a letter of determination from the I.R.S. granting us tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This means that any gifts, bequests, devises or transfers you make to Boothbay Region Health Care, Inc. can be deducted on your income tax. Consult your tax advisor. This ruling is retroactive to March 18, 2014, so any gifts you have already made to us may be deductible.
Response to our recent fund-raising appeal is coming in. Thank you to those of you who have already sent us your gift.
